We are now looking for you who are a preschool assistant for a temporary position at Ekbacken Preschool.

Your responsibilities

You will be part of a team that works together based on applicable governing documents and guidelines for preschool. As a preschool assistant, you have unique opportunities to influence children's development and learning. You contribute to creating a positive and developing environment for each child and for the entire group of children by collaborating with the team according to the curriculum goals.

In your role, it is important to build good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You participate in the planning and evaluation of the educational work.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool assistant.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be attentive, and easily understand other people's perspectives. You need to be self-assured, stable, and have good self-awareness. It is important in the role that you have pedagogical skills and an understanding of how children absorb knowledge.

It is also important that you can take initiative and start activities in the operations.

The position is subject to a background check. Applicants must present an extract from the police criminal record before employment occurs.
